What is the Hollie Therapy & Counseling apparel collection?

The HTC apparel collection was created to spark conversation and represent values we believe in deeply: healing, accountability, growth, and stronger relationships. Each design reflects messages that commonly emerge through the work of Hollie Therapy & Counseling.

What inspired these designs?

The messages on each item are inspired by themes that frequently come up in therapy: breaking cycles, building healthier relationships, prioritizing mental health, and creating generational change. The goal is to normalize conversations around healing and emotional wellness.

Are the designs unique to Hollie Therapy & Counseling?

Yes. Each design was intentionally created as part of the HTC brand and reflects the mission and values of the practice.

Why apparel connected to therapy?

At Hollie Therapy & Counseling, we believe healing shouldn’t stay inside the therapy room. The apparel collection is designed to extend conversations about mental health, relationships, and generational growth into everyday life.

What sizes are available?

How do the shirts and sweatshirts fit?

Our apparel is designed with a unisex fit, which means it is generally true to size and intended to be comfortable for everyday wear.

What materials are used?

Our apparel is made from soft, comfortable cotton blends designed for durability and everyday wear.

How should I wash my apparel?

To maintain the quality of the print and fabric:

• Machine wash cold
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Avoid ironing directly on the design

Do you plan to release more items?

Yes. This is the first drop of the HTC apparel collection, and we plan to continue expanding with additional designs, including t-shirts and hoodies coming soon.

Because many of our items are produced in limited runs, we may not always be able to guarantee exchanges for different sizes. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
